Emory Glen is open, and our family of builders are actively selling new homes here in Magnolia, TX which is just the beginning of what’s to come in the community.
Soon you’ll see children playing outside, couples taking after-dinner strolls, and neighbors greeting new families who’ve just moved in. There will be places beyond homes and backyards for residents to gather, as our collection of amenities begin to open this summer.
Tidewater Pool will help residents keep cool with its in-water loungers and Goldfinch Park is sure to be a hit with its Mommy-and-Me set. The park will also feature swings, climbing structures and slides, an open lawn for games of all kinds, and a covered picnic area for lunch time. The picnic area is part of Alcove Pavilion, a large open-air space that looks onto an outdoor gathering area where residents can relax into conversation with other residents or soak up the sunshine while reading a good book.
Our Phase 1 neighborhoods are all near the amenity complex, making it easy for residents to hop over for a morning or afternoon of play.
