Emory Glen is open, and our family of builders are actively selling new homes here in Magnolia, TX which is just the beginning of what’s to come in the community.

Builders Chesmar Homes, Empire Communities and Highland Homes collectively offer more than 40 floor plans, making it easier than ever to find a home that meets your needs.

Chesmar has seven floor plans priced from the high $200’s that range from 1,502 to 2,409 square feet. Three inventory homes are under construction, two of which will be ready in June. Two of the inventory homes have four bedrooms and all are priced below $360,000.

Empire Communities offers nearly 30 home designs at Emory Glen. The Classic Series has 13 floor plans priced from the high $200’s as well, ranging from 1,520 to 2,604 square feet. Looking for some more space? Discover home’s within the Signature Series. Ranging from 1,747 to 3,049 square feet, these homes are priced from the low $300’s. Empire has three move-in ready homes with a fourth slated to be complete this August. The available homes give buyers the choice between a 1-story, 1.5-story, or 2-story design. The two-story homes are expected to be ready in August, with four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and prices starting below $400,000.

Highland’s homes are priced from the low $300’s and range from 1,663 to 2,725 square feet. Five homes are ready for move in, offering buyers three to five bedrooms and several upgrades from the base floor plan. A sixth home, a one-story design with four bedrooms, should be ready this October.
